Where can I submit a Work Order?
Work orders may be submitted through Facilitron by clicking HERE.
What is a Work Order?
Routine repair and maintenance, replace, vandalism, and/or Williams inspection.**
- Step 1: Custodian or site designee submits work order (Facilitron).
- Step 2: Maintenance will receive and order and assist it as necessary.
- Step 3: The shop schedules the work as necessary.
- Step 4: After work is completed, the work order will be closed.

What is an FMR?
Site/Capital Improvements or upgrade.
- Step 1: Fill out the FMR form and submit a work order.
- Step 2: Feasibility Study to be completed by the Facilities Planning and Operations department.
- Step 3: FMR Determination/Status Form to the site for status and determination.
- Step 4: Project established.
- Step 5: Planning phase.
- Step 6: Bidding phase.
- Step 7: Construction phase.
- Step 8: Post-construction sign off (Notice of Completion)
