Frontline Absence Management (previously AESOP) is the computer system that is used by employees in order to report their absence (s) and to request a substitute for themselves as well. This system is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!

Searching for Available Jobs
For all substitute employees looking for assignments, please go through the following steps:
- Login to https://Login.frontlineeducation.com or
- Go to OMSD website Divisions/Human Resources/Substitutes and click on Frontline icon or
- Login to MYOMSD/Human Resources/Substitutes and click on Frontline icon.
- You will be required to sign in, enter Login ID or Username and Pin or Password.
- Your personal profile will appear.
- Click on Available Jobs to view and accept assignments in the system.
- Click on Non-Work Days tab if you are not available to work on certain days.
