Frontline Absence Management (previously AESOP) is the computer system that is used by employees in order to report their absence (s) and to request a substitute for themselves as well.  This system is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!

Searching for Available Jobs

For all substitute employees looking for assignments, please go through the following steps:

  1. Login to https://Login.frontlineeducation.com or
  2. Go to OMSD website Divisions/Human Resources/Substitutes and click on Frontline icon or
  3. Login to MYOMSD/Human Resources/Substitutes and click on Frontline icon.
  4. You will be required to sign in, enter Login ID or Username and Pin or Password.
  5. Your personal profile will appear.
  6. Click on Available Jobs to view and accept assignments in the system.
  7. Click on Non-Work Days tab if you are not available to work on certain days.
