SELPA is responsible for overseeing and monitoring the implementation of the Local Plan. As you preview our local plan, you will notice it is somewhat of a blueprint that governs our daily operations to provide services to students with exceptional needs. In addition, it includes programming, direct/indirect services throughout the SELPA, qualifications of staff members, and most importantly assurances designed to protect the rights of our students.
